Disability Support Services will host their first wheelchair basketball game on Monday, Jan. 22, during the UAB Community Week 2018. This event is scheduled to take place in the Campus Recreation Center on Court 1 at 6 p.m. This will be the seventh time that UAB will take on the Lakeshore Foundation in a wheelchair sport in order to raise awareness and gain a better appreciation of the skill it takes to play wheelchair sports. Door prizes will be given away to several lucky participants and fans can participate in halftime games. This event is free to all. Come Support Team UAB as they avenge their last defeat to the Lakeshore Foundation on our home court!
