Student Affairs recently welcomed one of its newest staff members: Rodney "Rock" George. Rock serves as the Campus Dining Services Coordinator in the Department of Housing and Residence Life. In his role, he will facilitate the Blazer Bucks Program and Meal Plan Assessment as well as other duties as assigned.

Rock, a 1995 UAB grad, is not new to campus. He has worked for the university for 11 years, including in the former Student Affairs division and most recently in One Stop. “I am happy to be a part of Student Affairs, and happy with the team,” he said. “Everyone has been very welcoming, and I imagine working for Marc (Booker) will be an adventure."
