The October Employee of the Month is Leah Bigbee, Employer Relations & Marketing Specialist for UAB Career and Professional Development.

“Leah Bigbee has been the key player in the transformation of CPD since January. The month of September was a screenshot of what she has done all the months before. Since this school year started, Leah tripled student attendance at our annual part-time job fair, Leah has coordinated over ten other on-campus employer events this semester so far. All of this in addition to her daily responsibilities of talking to employers, promoting events, creating promotional materials and managing a large career management system. Without Leah, the CPD office would have drowned in September.”
