Here is what happened last week during Creed Week!
Creek Week hosted many events across campus last week. At the Hill Student Center students could find the week-long #IStandFor campaign, where they could interact with the #IStandFor mural.
Monday evening was Hip Hop for Humanity, a fun event with games, trivia, and discussion with music producer and activist Rhymefest! Tuesday displayed the Random Acts of Kindness table where students could stop by and leave a kind note for someone and pick up one for themselves! Wake Up Wednesday was held as it has every Wednesday morning in the off-campus student lounge. They shared doughnuts and coffee with a UABPD representative, a classic combo.
Wednesday also had the Study Supply Stand in the Hill Center. Students could stop by to grab swag and candy to help get through those pre-midterms study sessions. Thursday was the Spark Your Fire Arts Competition where students presented their visual and performative arts. The competition winners are Eunice Choe and Dina Kasman; congrats!
Then, of course, Blazers were encouraged to wear their favorite UAB gear throughout the week to be a part of the Blazer Way Spirit Days! We hope you got to get out and enjoy this year's Creed Week, Blazers!
