Campus Recreation Introduces Wellness Wednesday's

Campus Recreation will be hosting Wellness Wednesday's on every Wednesday to the end of the semester. These sessions will cover topics ranging from sex education to nutrition talks with their registered dietician, Ashley Delk. These sessions are free to everyone and are located in the Campus Recreation Center's Fitness & Wellness Suite, Room 190 on the bottom floor.

Nutrition Talk – How Much Protein Do I Really Need?

With all the controversies about protein it can be difficult to find the truth! Come learn from our Sports Dietician to figure out how much protein you really need.

Come work with our nationally certified personal trainers to learn how to maximize your performance by adding POWER training to your workouts!

DIY Recipe – Energy Bites

Wednesday, Nov. 9, from 5:30-6:30p

Description:
Throw away your sugary energy drink! Join our Registered Dietician, Ashley Delk, to learn how to make delicious and healthy energy bites. This quick and easy snack for on-the-go will keep your energy level high all day!

Sex Ed. – Sex Positive

Description:
Come learn all the information you need for positive and pleasurable sexual experiences. Join us for fun facts about sex and sexuality, condom demonstrations and races, and more! There will be plenty of giveaways!!
