Grad Week 2017 kicks offStudent Involvement & Leadership is proud to present Grad Week 2017. This springtime rite of passage gives graduating students a chance to commemorate their time together, reflect on experiences at UAB, relax and celebrate their status as rising alumni. During the week of April 3-7, students can take advantage of a variety of activities both on and around campus.

  • Monday, April 3

    Grad Night | Cahaba Brewery | 5:30-7 p.m.
    Free food for the first 100 students

  • Tuesday, April 4

    Trivia Night | WoW Café | 6-8 p.m.
    Cash prizes for winners

  • Wednesday, April 5

    Professional Headshots | UAB Alumni House | 10 a.m.-2 p.m., 4:30-6:30 p.m.
    Graduate Mixer with Young Alumni | UAB Alumni House | 5:30-7 p.m.
    Space Jam | UAB Alumni Theater | 8-10 p.m.

  • Thursday, April 6

    Refreshments & Padfolios with Career and Professional Development | HSC 220 | 3-6 p.m.
    Free Padfolio for the first 50 students

  • Friday, April 7

    UAB Baseball vs. Marshall Tailgate | Young Memorial Field | Gates open at 5:30 p.m., First pitch at 6:30 p.m.
    Free food for the first 200 students

Grad Week (formerly known as Senior Week) is held each spring semester between spring break and commencement.
