Take advantage of UAB Wellness Days and join two-time UAB graduate Ashley Clarke of Earthkeeper Yoga for a mindful outdoor experience and reap the health benefits of reconnecting with the natural world around you! Students can participate in the walk via the @ExploreUAB IG Live on March 16 and April 14 at noon on both days! Expect to move at a slower, more mindful pace while developing a deeper awareness of yourself and your connection to your surroundings.
In conjunction with the Blazer Mindful Outdoor Experience, students can reserve wellness kits full of items that promote wellness and correlate with the event. These are first come first serve, so RSVP through Engage to reserve your kit today! You can pick them up from UAB Student Involvement & Leadership in room 230 in the Hill Student Center on March 15 from 1-4 p.m. and April 13 from 1-4 p.m.
