Good Afternoon Organization Leaders:
It’s that time of year again! Freshman Move-In Day is right around the corner, and this year’s freshman move-in day is scheduled for Saturday, August 25! UAB Student Housing & Residence Life will be moving freshmen into Blazer Hall, Camp Hall, and the New Freshmen Residence Hall. We have included some information surrounding freshman move-in day below. Be sure to follow the instructions if you’re interested in participating!
T-shirts will be given to volunteers at the mandatory meeting prior to move-in day, but will also be available on move-in day. Every volunteer will need to wear the volunteer t-shirt. Student organizations are welcome to wear buttons, hats, etc. that represent their organization, but no other school logos or attire will be permitted.
There will be a mandatory volunteer meeting for all organization leaders on Friday, August 24 at 3 p.m. At least one representative from your organization must be present at this meeting.

- Individual or Organization Name
- Volunteer Coordinator’s Name & Contact Info (please use your UAB email address)
- Volunteer t-shirt quantity and sizes
