Join UAB Campus Dining on Tuesday, April 13 for the second installment of the Blazer Cuisine Cooking Series as students learn how to prepare carbonara and truffles. Meal kits are provided, all students have to do is log on and cook. This episode will be hosted by UAB student Trevor Stewart and Campus Dining Director, Chef Brian Bowser.
