UAB Veterans Services is delighted to honor the academic achievements of student veterans and active service members at the Veterans Services Graduation Cord and Challenge Coin Ceremony on Thursday, April 28 at 6:30 p.m. 

Spring 2022 graduates will meet in the Hill Student Center Ballrooms C & D for an awards dinner and be presented with graduation cords and a challenge coin. Graduation cords are given to each graduating veteran, while challenge coins are given to veterans with a grade point average of 3.4 or higher.

Opening prayer and the national anthem will be performed by Ahkeem Lee followed by a brief speech by motivational speaker Seneca Wilson.
