Join Veteran Services and Student Affairs in honoring Veterans Day. The annual Wreath Laying Ceremony is this Nov. 9th at 1 p.m.

The ceremony will occur on the Campus Green. UAB’s ROTC cadets will lead the posting of the colors, and both the Army Band and Nathaniel Rutledge, the retired chief of Bessemer Police, will perform the National Anthem.

Lt. Col. Karl Reuter, a professor of military science at UAB, will be the guest speaker this year. After the event, appetizers and finger foods will be available in the Veterans Services office, HSC 313.
