UAB Student Conduct & Outreach wants to make sure students, faculty, staff and members of the UAB community are aware of the significant changes made to the Student Conduct Code. Effective Spring 2020, this updated code describes the standards of behavior for all students and student organizations and outlines students’ rights and the process for adjudicating alleged violations.

The “Know the Code” initiative aims to reach the entire UAB community by providing a QR code that will link directly to the official version, which can be found online in the university’s policies and procedures library. Being a Blazer means knowing the code and being a responsible member of the UAB community. So, do you “Know the Code”?
