On Valentine’s Day, the University of Alabama at Birmingham’s Office of Off-Campus Student and Family Engagement showed love to the Blazer family by providing Dreamcakes cupcakes to support the UAB Family Fund. 

Off-Campus Student and Family Engagement Director, Meredith Kahl, said the UAB Family Fund is “designed to help support our UAB students when they’re in a time of financial need or crisis.” 

Students were able to pick up their cupcakes or have them delivered to their residence hall. Students celebrated Valentine’s Day with a sweet treat from home with various flavors such as chocolate, vanilla, and red velvet. Allergy-friendly cupcake options, including gluten-free and nut-free cupcakes, were also available.
