Federal Student Aid Changes from the One Big Beautiful Bill Act

The One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) is new legislation that has substantial changes that will impact federal financial aid recipients. These changes go into effect on July 1, 2026, and will be implemented beginning with the 2026-2027 academic year. Learn more about OBBBA aid changes.
