Terms of participation:
- You will facilitate a one-hr face-to-face session with your mentee(s) at least once each month to discuss their personal and professional advancements. You can be as creative as you like as long as you meet the goals of the program. You are expected to schedule each monthly session and hold your participant(s) responsible for attending; attend one or two program-based workshops during the year and attend the annual Minority Achievement Gala. With prior notice, you may allow excusable absences from your mentee(s) (eg sickness, class, exams, work, death of a relative etc.).
- You are required to attend the initial “BLUEprint Connect Kick Off” program scheduled for September 30, 2014 at 6pm.
- Your signature indicates that you agree to these terms and are aware that they have been put into place so that you exhibit proper leadership in encouraging our participants while they are involved in this program.
