The Prop Studio is fully equipped with woodworking, carpentry, paint and craft supplies. Located in the 2300 Building, the Prop Studio contains a fully operation shop and paint space, a craft and soft-goods room, and 3500 sq. ft. of furniture and prop storage.

The studio handles all furniture, hand props, and set decoration for department shows, and is one of the largest prop warehouses in the state. A garage door allows for easy access to load and unload, and a ship ladder allows for easy access to items in storage. The Prop Studio also houses the tour shows when they are not out performing. The space has plenty of natural light with skylights throughout. The Prop Studio is staffed by the Prop Master. Four stipends are awarded to interested students each year, and practicum opportunities are available.
