2023 marks a monumental milestone as we celebrate the 15th anniversary of the CCTS! From its inception in 2008, the CCTS has been dedicated to elevating health equity for the communities we serve. In celebration of this milestone, we have created 15th anniversary branding for use through the first half of 2024.
