The event highlighted current D&I resources at the CCTS Hub, such as the Dissemination, Implementation, and Improvement Science Core (DIISC) and the UAB Department of Medicine's Implementation Science Research Program, both of which provide consultation and support for D&I projects.

The forum emphasized the importance of addressing gaps in D&I science through structured activities, such as this seminar series, and collaborative initiatives aimed at expanding the reach of D&I research. Attendees also learned about current training opportunities designed to cultivate the next generation of D&I scientists.
