Mallory Barron serves as the Program Manager II within the Office of Learning Technologies. She acts in a logistical role to support the Instructional Design team members, manages Professional Studies online courses, and oversees State Authorization compliance.

Mallory earned a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from UAB. Prior to joining the Office of Learning Technologies, Mallory worked as an Office Manager/ Executive Assistant. She has worked at UAB within the Animal Research Program as an Animal Lab Technician and in the UAB Bookstore as the General Merchandise Manager. She has also served her community as an AmeriCorps Instructional Support Member as a teaching assistant in Middle School classrooms.
