Because of the classes in the CEM program, I have gained a greater confidence in the work that I do every day. My supervisor would agree, because some of the younger folks in our company are starting the CEM program right now. How to Apply for Admission
After completing the interview process, go to the UAB Graduate School Application to complete and submit your online application. You will need the following to complete the application:

When you begin the Graduate School application, you will create your account and receive a confirmation email.
Application for: Master’s Degree
Intended program: Master of Engineering (MEng), not M.S. in Civil Engineering
References
Three letters of recommendation are required. Please ask the individuals from whom you request references to submit them online via the TargetX system. Electronic submission is the preferred method.
Transcripts
Request one official transcript to be submitted electronically or mailed by each post-secondary issuing institution to the UAB Graduate School:

Additional Requirements for International Students
Students must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a science-related degree. GRE scores are not required for international students, however students who have taken the GRE may upload their scores (Institution code: 1856).
International students must also submit English language proficiency test scores. For information regarding TOEFL, IELTS, or Duolingo English language proficiency test scores, please visit the UAB Graduate School.
