Emily Shedlarski, a 2014 graduate from the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, is featured in the "Industry Voices" feature of the October 2017 issue of Modern Casting.
Shedlarski, currently a foundry manufacturing engineer for Hubbell Power Systems, Inc., is on the education committee of the Birmingham chapter of AFS. She recently participated in a 3-D technology technical session, along with UAB faculty and students.
