Private Offices
Building Services employees will not enter private offices except once a month to vacuum and dust or when a specific work order is called into 4-WORK (205-934-9675) or submitted through our online system. Trash that needs to be removed can be placed in common area containers that get emptied daily, or trashcans can be placed outside of private spaces in common corridors at night and they will be emptied daily and placed back outside of the door in the common corridor.
If additional work is required, please use the work order system outlined above and our EVS team will complete the work as a non-emergency work order. If you have any questions about your specific area, please call 4-WORK (205-934-9675) and ask to speak with a manager.
