Instructional Designer 
Jeri Beck works as an Instructional Designer on the Learning & Development team. Jeri focuses on program development with an emphasis on visual design. She prefers mixed-media designs to capture and maintain the learner's attention. Jeri has spent the last 26 years in secondary education in a variety of roles.
Her most recent position was Director of Technology at John Carroll Catholic High School in Birmingham. She received her master's degree in Instructional Design and Development from UAB in July. While completing the IDD program, she realized that the field of Instructional Design was the culmination of her secondary education experiences and that her next career journey would be as a full-time Instructional Designer.
Jeri is thrilled to be a member of the Learning & Development Team.
