UPDATE: UAB is transitioning from the ACT Attachment System to OnBase-ACT Integration as of July 29, 2024.

HR Records Administration & Compliance now uses OnBase for submitting supporting documentation for ACT documents. This application enables Oracle HR Officers to attach supporting documentation within the ACT document creation process and allows ACT Document Approvers to review supporting materials as ACT documents advance through the workflow process. For further information, please refer to the OnBase Training Resources and FAQs below.

Please note...

  • You will need Oracle access as an HR Officer and/or to be set up in WAM as an approver for ACT Documents to be able to use this functionality.
  • There may be a delay of up to one hour between the time the requester submits an ACT Document with OnBase attachments and the documentation being available for review by the approver due to system processing.
