Microsoft 365 Copilot, an AI assistant powered by your ideas and information, is now available for UAB campus faculty and staff for an annual fee.
Microsoft 365 Copilot is a cloud-based, annual subscription service that integrates seamlessly with Microsoft 365 applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. You can request Microsoft 365 Copilot in the IT Service Portal.

Among the features:

  • Access Copilot in online and desktop apps for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
  • Use Copilot to help organize and run meetings, and provide summaries and action items for participants.
  • Get summaries of emails, Teams conversations, and meeting transcripts to get you up to speed quickly.
  • Create drafts in Word, PowerPoint and other M365 tools.
  • Summarize long email chains and get help composing responses.
