UAB staff can now fill out an improved form that streamlines the process of changing their name and credentials for new ONE Cards.

The new form allows a glimpse at what the new card would look like and also eliminates the old paper trail requesting card access to buildings or physical keys.

The win not only impacts the staff but also the ONE Card office and physical security. The new forms streamline requests for delivery significantly, with time reviewing or faxing paper forms reduced.
