Getting a Project Started
Step 1
Fill Out the Marketing Request Form
Provide a snapshot of details about your project, such as timeline, budget, services needed, and more.
Step 2
Discovery Call
Depending on your project, our team will schedule a call with your team.
Step 3
Accept Project Estimate
We will create a project estimate for your team to review and approve.
Step 4
Kickoff Call
Based on the nature of the project, we will schedule a kickoff call to discuss the timeline, budget, and deliverables before our team begins production.
Step 5
Production
Once the estimate has been accepted, we will begin working on your project.
Step 6
Review
You will be sent the final versions of your content for your team to approve before finalizing.
Step 7
Project Delivery/Launch
For design and photo/video projects, final deliverables will be sent. For website builds, your approved site will be published. For digital marketing campaigns, we will launch your project assets using the pre-approved media plan.
Step 8
Final Report
For digital marketing campaigns, we will compile and produce a comprehensive report for your project and its performance.

Headshot
Photoshoot
Headshots available in photography studio or on location.
On-location photoshoot services include location scouting, shoot set-up, production, editing, and delivery.
Recruitment
Video
Our team meets with clients to discuss project goals and priorities. We then work on creating visually impactful videos that bring those goals to life. Our additional services include helping to develop storyboards, editing scripts, and creating graphics to enhance storytelling. Please note that more complex video requests may require additional time to fulfill.
Adobe Creative Templates
Branded, custom, reusable Abode Express templates are created for exclusive use by the client based on their priority creative needs. Examples of templates include social graphics, newsletter headers, digital invitations, and more.
Research Recruitment Campaign
We work with teams to develop and implement a digital marketing strategy to reach potential research and clinical trial participants. Campaign start time can vary based on IRB approval time, creative and content asset needs, and client approvals.

What types of payment are accepted?
MC Solutions can accept both grant and GL accounts for payment for our creative, digital campaign, video, and website services.
Grant accounts are not accepted for headshot services, but may be applicable for other photography requests.

Do I need to route the estimate through contracts?
No. This is a fee for service exchange between internal units.

Who can accept an estimate?
We encourage the client or team lead who will receive the deliverables to accept the estimate.
