Dr. Mugavero is Associate Professor of Medicine in the division of Infectious Diseases; Director, Clinical Core (Core C) and Co-Director of the Center for AIDS Research (CFAR). The Department of Medicine Clinical Research Seminars are one hour seminars where junior and senior faculty at UAB present their clinical research findings to the residents, fellows and faculty of the Department of Medicine.
