Harold P. Jones, PhD, Dean and Professor of the UAB School of Health Professions presented “Who Leaders Are and What Leaders Do” at the November 2, 2012 Leadership Development Seminar.

As part of Reaching for Excellence, the Department of Medicine developed the Leadership Development Seminar Series (LDSS) to bring in top leaders to speak to our DOM staff about their view of leadership and how they got to be in their leadership position.
