As a team player, Tanya is always ready to lend a hand, volunteering for tasks outside of her usual duties, such as assisting with the Nephrology and Research Training Center Noon Conferences. Her colleagues have noted her reliability, especially during challenging times such as the pandemic, where Tanya’s presence and assistance in the office were crucial.

“Her ability to handle logistical matters and her readiness to offer support have made her an essential resource for the entire division,” said a nominator. Tanya's consistent professionalism and kindness have made her not only a trusted team member, but also a valued friend to many.
