On March 8, the Department of Medicine hosted its annual Trainee Research Symposium — a major research day where the DOM highlights the extraordinary talent among residents, fellows, graduate students and post-docs, in both basic and clinical research. This year, two awards were named in honor of outstanding DOM research faculty: Drs. Jeanne Marrazzo and Suzanne Oparil. We are fortunate to have such prestigious and devoted mentors in our department.
