Graves Studies Drug Resistance to T. Vaginalis in Pathogens
Keonte Graves, Ph.D. student mentored by Drs. Christina Muzny and Jan Novak, conducted a study that indicates genetic components play a role in Trichomonas Vaginalis resistance to 5-nitroimidazoles — a medication commonly used to treat the infection.
