The Division of Nephrology is home to a number of research-based PhD and MD/PhD fellows.The Division is home to the NIH funded NRSA Training Grant titled Interdisciplinary Training in Kidney-Related Research (T32-DK007545). The primary goal of this ongoing interdisciplinary training program is to bring together pre-clinical scientists and translational investigative researchers to catalyze the transformation of postdoctoral trainees from both basic science and clinical disciplines into independent academic faculty committed to kidney-relevant research.
