"Changing Paradigms in Acute Kidney Injury: From Mechanisms to Management"
This annual Symposium takes place each year in San Diego and is part of the Annual CRRT Conference. In 2022 the UAB/UCSD O'Brien Center sponsored this event in San Diego.
Acute Kidney Injury is a rapidly evolving area where several advances have been made in understanding the mechanisms and pathways of AKI and its effects on other organs. Recent identification of biomarkers has provided new tools and techniques to characterize this disorder, this O'Brien Center sponsored workshop provides a comprehensive review of the most recent developments in the field and describes emergin knowledge from basic and translational research.
Sessions are approximately 1 hour, 20 minutes, media includes video, audio and slides. Please note that not all individual presentations given at the symposium are available for viewing.
