UAB Department of Otolaryngology Assistant Professor, Erin Buczek, M.D., is one of six specialists leading the new UAB Multidisciplinary Endocrine Tumor Clinic. Erin Buczek, M.D.

The clinic offers comprehensive, multidisciplinary and streamlined care for patients with endocrine tumors, such as thyroid cancer, hyperparathyroidism, Multiple Endocrine Neoplasias (MENs) and functional adrenal tumors. Patients who visit the clinic will have the opportunity to see the team of specialists in their single, initial consultation to expedite their treatment plans. 

The clinic is led by co-directors Deepti Bahl, M.D., Ronadip Banerjee, M.D., Ph.D., and Brenessa Lindman, M.D., MEHP, and is additionally supported by UAB Department of Surgery Chair Herbert Chen, MD, Erin Buczek, M.D., and Bart Rose, M.D.

The Multidisciplinary Endocrine Tumor Clinic is located in the Surgery Clinic on the 3rd floor of The Kirklin Clinic of UAB Hospital, 2000 6th Avenue South, Birmingham, Ala., 35294.
