J. Paul Cook, M.D., completed his undergraduate training at the Georgia Institute of Technology, majoring in nuclear and radiological engineering. He then went on to attend medical school at Vanderbilt University followed by an intern year in general surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Subsequently, he completed residency training in diagnostic radiology and fellowship training in emergency radiology at University of Alabama at Birmingham. After completing training, he joined the clinical faculty in the emergency radiology section. Reshu Saini, M.S., M.D.

Reshu Saini, M.S.,M.D., completed his undergraduate training at University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) majoring in Biomedical Engineering and subsequently obtained his masters in Biomedical Engineering also at UAB. He then went on to complete medical school at UAB School of Medicine. He subsequently went to Riverside Hospital in Columbus Ohio for his Intern year in medicine, following which he attended University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas Texas for his radiology residency. After completing residency, he joined UAB to do his fellowship training in musculoskeletal radiology and then joined the clinical faculty in the emergency radiology section in July 2023. Alexander Denton, M.D., completed his undergraduate coursework at Vanderbilt University and then medical school at University of Alabama Heersink School of Medicine. He subsequently completed residency training at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis and was a Co-Chief Resident his final two years. This was followed by fellowship training in Musculoskeletal Radiology back at the University of Alabama at Birmingham before he joined the clinical faculty in the Emergency Radiology section.
