Yufeng Li, Ph.D., is a professor in the Division of Preventive Medicine, Department of Medicine, a biostatistician for the Department of Radiology, and a senior biostatistician for the UAB Comprehensive Cancer Center Biostatistics Shared Facility. She has rich experience in collaboration, including translational in vitro and in vivo studies, Phase I-III clinical trial design, multicenter clinical trial operation, population epidemiology studies, and biomarker validation using ROC analysis. She serves as a member of the Cancer Center's Protocol Review Committee, Quality Assurance Committee, and Data Safety Motoring Board. As the department's biostatistician, her role is to consult and collaborate with faculty in the development of study designs, sample size and power analysis, statistical analysis of data, grants and manuscripts. She is available for collaboration primarily on Thursday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. in North Pavilion 2514, and can be contacted at yli@uabmc.edu. Hudson is responsible for coordinating and organizing clinical radiological care provided in connection with various research efforts. He follows participants/patients from recruitment through treatment, discharge and follow up to keep pertinent records and documentation. His responsibilities extend to the coordination and organization of PET clinical research studies. He received his Bachelors in Community Health and Human Services from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and is currently pursuing a MAEdTESOL. He is certified as a Health Educator through NCHEC. He serves as a liaison between primary investigators, clinical staff, and research support staff. |

Holtkamp is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the research office and assists the program director as needed. He manages the financial records for all grants, contracts and industry studies for the Radiology faculty. He generates information for effort reporting related to sponsored projects along with the research incentive plans for the clinical faculty, scientists and physician scientists. He assists faculty with grant submissions and is responsible for post-award monitoring, reporting and progress reports. He has over 13 years of experience at UAB in the research community. |

Hendrix is responsible for coordinating and organizing clinical radiological care provided in connection with various research efforts. She works with Investigators to develop study protocols and facilitates the appropriate training of professional level employees functioning in lead or manager capacity both on and off campus. Her responsibilities extend to quality and pricing of numerous Radiology related activities. Her 10 years of clinical experience allows her to serve as a liaison within the Radiology department. |
