General surgery research resident Margaux Mustian, M.D., recently received a Young Investigator Award from the American Transplant Congress Planning Committee to attend the 2019 ATC.

This $1,000 award is intended to defray Mustian’s travel expenses for the meeting and was given in recognition of her abstract, “Preemptive Kidney Transplantation: Is There a Role for ABO Incompatible Transplantation?” Mustian will present her research at the Congress in Boston, Massachusetts, June 1-5.
