Submit your abstracts for the 15th Annual Academic Surgical Congress! The deadline for electronic submissions is Aug. 23. Next year’s meeting will be held in Orlando, Florida, Feb. 4-6, 2020.

As in previous years, abstracts will be considered for oral presentation in full or as quickshots. Top abstracts submitted to the meeting will be showcased in plenary sessions dedicated to basic science research, clinical or outcomes research and education research.

There is no limit to how many abstracts each first author may submit, but only two of their chosen abstracts may be presented at the meeting. Middle and senior authors have no limit to how many abstracts in which they can be included.

This year's Annual Academic Surgical Congress will feature a presidential address from SUS President and UAB Division of Gastrointestinal Surgery Director Dr. Gregory Kennedy that you will not want to miss!
