The Division of Transplantation’s Mark H. Deierhoi, M.D., and Saulat S. Sheikh, MBBS, as well as the Division of Plastic Surgery’s Timothy W. King, M.D., Ph.D., MSBE, FAAP, FACS, were recently invited to join the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.

AOA, founded in 1902, is the national medical honor society. Election to AOA is an honor signifying a lasting commitment to professionalism, leadership, scholarship, research, and community service.

King, Deierhoi and Sheikh will be inducted into the society at a banquet taking place on March 19.
