fellows 2022 gridThe UAB Division of Trauma and Actue Care Surgery has matched four new fellows into the Trauma and Surgical Critical Care Fellowship for 2022: Danny Lammers, M.D., Omar Rokayak, D.O., Thomas Sensing, D.O., and Rindi Uhlich, M.D., MSPH.

Uhlich will be staying in Birmingham following the completion of her general surgery residency at UAB.

Rokayak will also be continuing at UAB, having been a general surgeon at UAB for four years and a clinical assistant professor. Since 2018, he has been a part of the Air Force Special Operations Surgical Team stationed in UAB.

Lammers and Sensing are completing their general surgery residencies at Madigan Army Medical Center and Wright State University, respectively.

Lammers, an active duty Army surgeon, and Sensing, an active duty Air Force surgeon, will both complete a two-year fellowship.
