Surgical Critical Care Fellow Kavina Juneja, M.D., and General Surgery Resident Connie Shao, M.D., will present at the upcoming Society for Surgery of the Alimentary Tract (SSAT) webinars.
The SSAT webinars are designed to prepare surgical trainees for the ABSITE, which is a multiple-choice exam designed by the American Board of Surgery to measure the progress attained by residents in their knowledge of applied science and management of clinical problems related to surgery.
Juneja will present on trauma/critical care topics at the “High Yield Topics for the ABSITE 2022: Part I” webinar on Dec. 7 at 7 p.m. CT. Other topics include bariatric/foregut/hernia and colorectal and small bowel diseases.
Shao will moderate during the “SSAT High Yield Topics for the ABSITE 2022 – Part II” webinar on Jan. 20 at 7 p.m. CT. Topics will include breast and endocrine, hepatopancreatobiliary and upper GI cancer, and vascular/CT.
