General Surgery Administrative Chief Resident Rindi Uhlich, M.D., MSPH, was awarded the dedication award from the Legacy of Hope.

Legacy of Hope (LOH) is Alabama’s organ and tissue donation alliance. Their mission is to end the wait and the suffering by shepherding the gift of life to those in need of organ and tissue transplants.

Members of the LOH honored Uhlich and other statewide recipients for “always going above and beyond to ensure that the LOH can fulfill its mission.” The LOH recognized the outstanding candidates for their dedication at a recognition luncheon.

Uhlich is honored to have been selected for the award.

“Legacy of Hope has such an enormous impact on our community. I love working with their dedicated staff and feel blessed to play a small role in helping them fulfill their mission here in Alabama,” said Uhlich.
