Get your walking shoes ready: The Society for Vascular Surgery Foundation (SVSF) presents a fundraising campaign to celebrate Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) Awareness Month this September.

This event is open to all willing to walk 60 miles to keep the 60,000 miles of blood vessels in the body healthy! Invite your friends, family and colleagues to join the Team UAB Vascular on September 23 at the Grand Prix track at Barber Motorsports Park.

The proceeds from the walk will go towards the purchase of fitness trackers/apps to support low-income patients in their health journey.

Registration for this event is $60 but will be tax deductible through the SVSF, 503c. To register for this event, use the link and select UAB Vascular.
