Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit card payments at this time. Please make checks out to HSF Department of Surgery and deliver payment to Leslie Franklin in the Department of Surgery Chair's Office, Suite 502, in the Boshell Diabetes Building. Items will be ordered once or twice a month, so be patient while your order is processed and shipped to the chair’s office for pickup. You will be notified via email when you can come pick up your items. If you have any questions or need to make a change to an order you've already placed, email surgcomm@uabmc.edu.
