As the relationship strengthens between degree completion and success in the global economy, pressure has been building on higher education to increase the number of college graduates for the past decade. UAB recognizes this need and provides support for students as they navigate the obstacles that may hinder degree attainment. Moreover, UAB has an equal focus on the quality and levels of learning that degree attainment must represent, and that students will need for the complex challenges of work and contemporary life.
