Ms. Burdick serves as the primary liaison with the University of Alabama System office and is responsible for coordinating all campus-wide Board of Trustees meeting agenda item submissions.  As the Office of the President’s representative on the university-wide Commencement Committee, she is also responsible for arrangements for special honorees, Trustees and the platform party.

Ms. Kirk manages the President’s appointments and calendar, prepares correspondence for the President, coordinates the flow of incoming and outgoing communications.

Vice President for Strategic Initiatives

Ms. Mullins participates with senior leadership in identifying strategic priorities and collaborates with operational units and other assurance functions across the UAB Enterprise. The role provides advice and recommendations resulting in actions in the best business interests of the institution and serves as a liaison with the UA System Office and Board of Trustees.
