The study is evaluating an oral investigational medication for depression that can be taken with your current antidepressant medication. Type 2 Diabetes Study

TRANSCEND-T2D-2 is a clinical research study for people with type 2 diabetes. This study will test if an investigational medicine (the medicine being studied) can help with blood glucose (sugar) and weight management compared with an existing treatment for type 2 diabetes. You may be able to join the research study if you are aged 18 years or older, have type 2 diabetes, have been taking 1500mg or more of metformin each day for at least 3 months (with or without SGLT2i), have a BMI of 25 or more, have HbA1c levels of 7.0% to 10.5%.
