All first-year MSHA students participate in the UAB Health System Student Workforce Program. Each student is matched with a supervisor at UAB Health System for part-time work experience. Courses for first-year students are taught in the mornings to accommodate this work schedule.
MSHA students may also apply for one of the endowed scholarships provided through the Department of Health Services Administration. More information about these awards is available on the scholarship page.
