For virtual events, we recommend promotion begins two-four weeks prior to the event date. For in-person or hybrid events, we recommend promotion begins four-six weeks prior to the event date.

Events may be promoted within the SOPH Employee Newsletter, the Get a Handle Student Newsletter, unit newsletters within the SOPH, on the media screens in the Ryals Building, on the white boards on the first and fourth floors of Ryals and/or on social media. Placement for event promotion is at the discretion of the SOPH Communications Team.
